Typically, volume centered firms tend to have less direct client contact and depend on automation for client contact. Generally, automated emails and calls, don’t provide the level of care and compassion that direct communication with your attorney would bring. Our goal is to never make a client feel lost in the shuffle. We know for most of our clients this is their first time dealing with a legal issue, so having someone who cares guide them through the process is what they want and deserve. |
