Defense of major medical centers in mass tort litigation against claims involving hepatitis C/HIV transmission, neurosurgery, and alleged fraudulent billing. Representation of various manufacturers in products liability litigation. For two years, Daniel has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale- Hubbell , their highest rating. He has been published in MD News, Inside Medical Liability, MLMIC’s newsletter, Dateline, as well as MCB’s newsletter, Defense Practice Update.
