Background: Prior to pursuing his JD from The Florida State University College of Law, Don played baseball at Western Carolina University. After hanging up his cleats and obtaining his BA, he went on to earn his JD and began his legal career at a large defense firm in Orlando. During this time, he gained extensive experience representing insurance companies and manufacturers, including big names like Nissan, Ford, GM, and many others. Spending a decade at a defense firm, Don rose through the ranks to become a partner. With this experience under his belt, he decided to establish his own law firm. For another 14 years, he would represent national trucking companies, individuals, and other employers, handling numerous wrongful death, personal injury, litigation, and insurance claims in that time. Over the course of his career, Don has handled and still handles personal injury and wrongful death cases all over the state of Florida. |
