He handled his first asbestos case in 1981, and over the past 35 years, has represented thousands of asbestos victims, including hundreds of mesothelioma victims. Mr. Nass has won numerous multi-million dollar jury verdicts for asbestos victims from around the country. He is the only attorney to have ever won an asbestos trial in both Montgomery and Chester County. He was the first attorney in the country to have ever obtained a jury verdict against Dana Corporation, after Dana had obtained over 20 jury verdicts in its favor.Mr. Nass is a devoted husband and father of four children.
