| Description | Ida is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Department, and focuses her practice on the defense of employers in workers’ compensation actions. Ida has a diverse background in general liability, medical malpractice defense and professional liability. She has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of condo/community association law, general liability and premises liability, and has represented numerous associations, business owners and property owners in their defense. After completing an accelerated three year program, Ida earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of New Jersey in Ewing in 2001. Ida then attended Pace University School of Law, where she participated in the Health Law and Disability Rights Clinic, representing clients under a student practice order. She completed her juris doctor at Pace University School of Law in 2004, as the youngest member of her graduating class. Thereafter, Ida was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court of the State of New Jersey.Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Ida began her legal career representing plaintiffs in various areas of civil litigation.
