Before joining the firm in 2006, Leigh was a Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monte Sereno and Scotts Valley. At Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, Leigh is the Town Attorney for the Town of Portola Valley and assists the City Attorney for the City of Menlo Park. Leigh has a wide range of experience assisting clients with both transactional work and litigation regarding general plans, zoning, conditional use permits, the California Environmental Quality Act, and the application of State Density Bonus Law, and other real estate matters.Leigh received her law degree from the George Washington University School of Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis in 1998.
