| Description | Lindsey A. Lamb was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated with honors from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, concentrated in Behavioral Health, and a minor in Criminology. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor Degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.While in law school, Ms. Lamb was an Executive Research Editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, an Executive Board Member of the Law Association for Women, and the Co-Founder of the Mental Health Law Association. Ms. Lamb served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy, and she received the book award in Trial Practice. During her time in law school, Ms. Lamb also served as a Guardian Ad Litem, and she received certificates for her community service and pro bono work.Ms. Lamb completed externships at UF Health Shands, the Florida Self Insurance Program, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Ms. Lamb also clerked for a prominent insurance defense firm handling general civil liability cases and medical malpractice cases. Ms. Lamb currently focuses her practice in civil litigation, defending health care professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare entities in medical malpractice litigation. |
