While our firm attempts to resolve family law disputes through negotiation and settlement, Mr. Martini is always prepared for trial. In addition to being a lawyer, Mr. Martini has heard cases as a Master in Delaware County. He understands the local court systems and has good working relationships with other members of the local legal community. Mr. Martini is also a lifetime member of the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL). As a member, he served as a delegate during the organization’s trip to China where he met with Chinese leaders and was later briefed by the state department. He also led a delegation trip to Northern Ireland and has hosted several delegations in Delaware County. ‘I had the opportunity to begin practicing family law decades ago as an assistant to a district judge, and I grew to love it.
