| Description | Nick Flegel is a senior associate attorney at Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, where he represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including contract, business, tort, and real estate disputes. Nick routinely appears in State and Federal Court, and handles all aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion, court and jury trials, alternative dispute resolution and appeals. Nick serves as defense counsel for both the City of Menlo Park and Town of Portola Valley, and advises both entities on public records requests and other administrative matters. In addition to his litigation practice, Nick has experience in assisting clients with real property tax assessment appeals.Nick received his law degree from Santa Clara University in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in 1999.
