| Description | Mr. Silvestri attended Florida State University, where he obtained his B.A., in 2006. He obtained his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Silvestri primarily focused his practice in real property, contract and bankruptcy litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Silvestri draws from his accomplishments in those areas of law to successfully represent insurance carriers in first and third party claims disputes, with an emphasis in property claims. Mr. Silvestri is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association and of The Florida Bar, as well as the American Bar Association. He is admitted to all State Courts and the Middle District of the U.S. District Court. He is also a Member, of the Pinellas County Seminole Boosters Club, as well as being a Charter member of the Sunset Rotary Club of St. Petersburg. |
