Solon has published several books and articles covering a variety of topics including marriage, divorce, child custody, and real estate issues. Solon lectures at various churches within the Washington, DC area and teaches legal studies at the Paralegal Institutes of Washington. Solon is an author, an avid real estate investor, a Biblical scholar, and a compassionate, understanding lawyer.Solon is a member of District of Columbia Bar and the Alabama Bar. Solon Phillips, Esq., is a socio-religious analyst and award winning author whose work has been included in books, legal treatises, and law review articles. He writes, speaks, and teaches extensively on socio-religious issues and all matters dealing with the law, family, theology, and what he calls the law of faith. He teaches legal studies at the Paralegal Institute of Washington and currently teaches Bible studies at two local churches in his community. He also devotes one weekend per month teaching inmates at the state penitentiary in Maryland. Solon has over a 20-year history of serving his community and is the recipient of distinguished awards for his strong commitment to underrepresented groups within his local area. He is the founder of Growing Kings, a mentorship program located in the Washington, D.C. area that is specifically geared towards teaching young men dating etiquette and grooming them into becoming committed husbands and fathers. Solon is an avid real estate investor with a portfolio of properties throughout the United States and Dubai. He also enjoys storytelling and is an acclaimed playwright-director whose works have been featured in DC Metro Theater Arts. He also enjoys traveling, bird watching, and working out. He is the proud father of two children, Adonis and Athena, to whom he credits all of his success.I graduated from American WCL in 2008.
