| Description | Mr. Holland received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Duke University and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. He began his legal career as a Prosecutor with the Office of the State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County. Since 1990 Mr. Holland’s practice has concentrated in civil litigation. He has successfully defended individual and corporate clients in various areas including personal injury, products liability, eminent domain, real property and contract disputes. Mr. Holland is admitted to practice in all State Courts and the Federal Court for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute and the American Trial Lawyers Association. |
