| Description | Tyler is from Freedom, Maine, and started working at Jackson & MacNichol as a law clerk in 2017. His grandfather a career Army officer and Vietnam War veteran inspired him to enter the veterans disability benefits field. While in college, Tyler liked to study American political and electoral history, was deeply involved in on-campus student government, and served a two-year term as the University of Maine System Board of Trustees student member. In 2013 and 2014 he completed summer internships for Senator Angus S. King, Jr. (I-ME). In law school, Tyler enjoyed moot court, constitutional law, administrative law, and since 2016 has stayed involved with state politics by managing a western Maine-based state senate campaign. When not working, you can find him reading about American military history, playing ice hockey, running, hiking in the western Maine mountains, or planning his next road trip. He lives in the southern Maine area with his fianca, Catherine. |
