She focuses her practice in the areas of Estate and Trust Administration, Estate Planning, as well as Domestic Litigation, with particular experience on representing children in contested custody matters.Ms. Shepardson is an adjunct law professor at Stevenson University, teaching her students skills such as analytical thinking in the legal environment, substantive law and litigation skills. During law school, she clerked in the Tax Compliance Division of the Maryland Comptroller’s Office in Baltimore and has studied International Tax Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa in Ontario, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Pre-Law from Villa Julie College and her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. She has also received certification as a parent coordinator, a mediator and settlement conference facilitator, is also trained in collaborative law and as a parenting coordinator.Ms. Shepardson has been recognized as a top lawyer by Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine and Baltimore Magazine.
