He holds the record for the largest auto accident verdict in the history of Racine County. In addition to achieving the largest auto accident verdict in the history of Racine County, he successfully defended Wisconsin’s largest civil racketeering claim ever made.Due to Attorney Knurr’s success, he has been recognized with several extremely prestigious awards, memberships and designations. He is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for attorneys, AV-Preeminent. He served as District 15²s representative to the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors for five years. He served on the Racine County Bar Association’s Board of Governors for four years, and served as its president in 2005-2006.
