| Description | Andrew S. Holland earned his undergraduate degree in music performance from William Paterson University in 2002, and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark in 2005. Andrew began his legal career in New York City as an Assistant District Attorney in the Appeals Bureau of the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled cases in both state and federal courts. After leaving the DA’s Office, Andrew joined a litigation firm in Long Island, New York, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters, and also represented criminal defendants. Andrew joined Napierski, VanDenburgh, Napierski & O’Connor in May of 2012, where he handles matters involving professional malpractice, municipal and civil rights defense, premises liability, construction law, commercial litigation, and subrogation. Andrew also maintains a criminal practice, defending individuals facing charges in various State Courts.Andrew is admitted in New York and New Jersey, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York, the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Albany County Bar Association, and the Capital District Trial Lawyers’ Association. |
