| Description | David C. White received his Bachelor of Science from the University at Buffalo, School of Management, in 2011. He received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School of Union University in 2015. While in law School, David was an intern at the Schenectady County Public Defender’s Office, where he assisted with representing underprivileged clients in defense of criminal charges. David also participated in the Health Law Clinic at Albany Law School, where he represented clients before Social Security and Disability Judges in order to secure benefits. David also interned at a Capital Region Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Firm and the New York State Office of the Inspector General. Prior to joining Napierski, VanDenburgh, Napierski & O’Connor in December of 2016, David worked as a Workers’ Compensation defense attorney. At Napierski, VanDenburgh, Napierski & O’Connor David works on matters involving medical and dental malpractice defense, general negligence, and personal injury law. David is admitted to practice in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association. |
