He is admitted to practice in Ohio, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, with over 30 years of experience involving commercial, business, and general civil litigation. Tom is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Dayton Bar Associations, an arbitrator in civil construction and insurance disputes with the American Arbitration Association, and a certified mediator for the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
