He has also represented clients pro hoc vice in other jurisdictions.Since 1993 he has worked primarily in representing clients with catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, or wrongful death as a result of Medical Malpractice, Automobile and Trucking Accidents, Construction and Work Place injuries, and Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect. He has also accepted and successfully represented clients in other types of cases, including a high speed police pursuit case which resulted in a $4.8 million award to a young child who suffered permanent and disabling injuries. |
