Prior to joining the firm, Evan handled a variety of complex civil litigation, including premises liability, pharmacy malpractice and labor law matters.Evan is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as a senior staff member of the St. John’s Journal of International and Comparative Law, and as Vice President of the Corporate and Securities Law Society. During law school, Evan interned for the Honorable Diccia Pineda-Kirwan of the New York State Supreme Court, Queens County, and served as student attorney with the St. John’s Securities Arbitration Clinic. Evan also worked as a commercial litigation extern and clerked in a private firm gaining experience in premises liability and automobile negligence matters.He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at New Paltz (magna cum laude) and is licensed to practice law in the New York and New Jersey State Courts, as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. |
