| Description | Bruce Barrett began his career at Margolis Edelstein 1983 after completion of a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has been a Partner in the firm since 1989. Bruce represents defendants in complex litigation and class actions, including professional negligence, employment discrimination, directors and officer’s liability, and construction cases. He also defends Home Owners’ Associations, and a number of financial institutions confronted with consumer and unfair trade practices matters. A portion of his practice involves insurance coverage evaluations for carriers. In addition to representing clients before the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Bruce also appears in administrative matters before the Division of Civil Rights, the Department of Labor, the Department of Community Affairs, and the EEOC.
